E L James isn't exactly a great author, but the seduction, eros, perversion and innocence of this story makes the redundancy of her writing easy to forgive. Fifty Shades Darker sees a little more refinement in her writing, and Fifty Shades Freed kinda blows (no pun intended). Regardless of all the flaws, Ana's unrealistic orgasms and Christian's stupid amounts of money, the books really do make your imagination run wild. I honestly couldn't stop reading and got through all three in less than a week (and wished I had a boyfriend). What do you guys think?
